Mr. Roof Repair is extremely professional. I called to have repair damage made by a raccoon. They explained the process and costs in detail. Repair person showed up on time as scheduled. Also provided a detailed inspection of entire roof. Very happy with the service provided and will not hesitate to use in the future if needed.

The response and assessment process was quick and thorough - scheduling was a bit of an issue, but they did respond relatively promptly once they knew I wanted to proceed.

They had to cancel but re-booked diligently and quickly. They performed an inspection but fixed a little issue at no extra cost. The inspection was helpful, thorough, and I will definitely work with them again soon.

I hired Mr Roof Repair to come and do an assessment on my flat roof. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and then did an assessment on my roof. They told me at the end their feedback and then sent a report a couple of days afterwards with thorough information on what needed to be done and when.
They were professional and didn't seem to be angling to do more work than was required however their quote was higher than other quotes but probably in line with their reputation.

Not happy the way company done work on my roof, i had to get the work done again from other company. I would advise to be very careful and be present when company does the work and inspect it yourself, otherwise you will need to spend money again in future.

Adam was very courteous and knowledgeable about replacing our old fascia and soffit. He and his teammate also replace the worn eavestrough. The photos he took beforehand helped to explain what needs to be done. Adam mentioned he used to live in the neighbourhood, which is a big plus since he knows what to expect. Very satisfied with Mr Roof Repair's workmanship and professionalism.

Ten years after a complete re-roofing, the shoddy nature of the work done could not be ignored any longer and it was in desperate need of repair.. I found it easier said than done, however, to find a roofing contractor who had any interest in doing repair jobs, let alone give me any kind of idea when they could do it. Scrolling through the Homestars listings, I came across a company that says it all - Mr. Roof Repair!
Upon first contact, I knew that I was dealing with a professional company. All emails and phone calls were dealt with promptly and courteously. The crews who came to assess and carry out the work were well presented and very friendly. It is refreshing to deal with a company like this, having had so many poor experiences with other contractors. I have every confidence, that should there be any problem with the work done, there will be someone at Mr. Roof Repair to answer the phone and take care of my concerns.

I was really blown away by the professionalism of this company. I needed a roof vent put in for a new bathroom fan. They provided the quote over the phone and we scheduled it. Post installation they provided a written report with photos of the installation, and a full assessment of the condition of our roof, soffit and eavestroughs and other venting. They re-caulked some flashing around the chimney as well (free of charge). I was seriously impressed. Would call them back in a heartbeat to do repairs or similar work.
