Green Metal recently installed our new metal roof and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I called a number of companies and what ultimately impressed us was the knowledge and expertise that John brought to the project. He was timely, patient and answered our questions confidently. We could tell that he was very experienced with metal roof installations and that was something important to us.

Despite a busy summer schedule they were able to accomodate a prompt install since we are soon due with a new baby. The team of roofers (including Paul) came and did a fantastic job. They respected the property and worked quickly to get the job done.

I first met John in spring 2019 after meeting him at the Toronto Home Show. My roof was almost 20 yrs old and knew it would need replacement soon. John came by on his own within a couple days and sent me a quote and details. Then work got busy and COVID hit and thoughts of the roof got shelved - until it started leaking in spring 2024.
I dusted off my last email from John from summer 2019 and sent him a reply. He responded within hours and came by 2 days later and answered all my questions and provided an updated (reasonable) quote.
A team came out, led by installer Paul, within 3-4 weeks and got the job done cleanly and quickly. No muss, no fuss. More than happy with the end result! John communicated well by email, phone and text throughout the process and sent lots of pre- and post- photos.
I highly recommend Green Metal roofing and am so glad I held onto John's email! Would definitely hire them again.

My roof was old and deteriated, leaking and had been patched several times over the years. It was also sagging in spots from wood rot. Prior to the winter season of 2023/2024 I had contacted a few metal roofing suppliers/contractors as one of the patched areas let go and water was entering my cottage in 3 areas. A nightmare! Green Metal Roofing via Mike Henderson promply responded and was onsite within hours. Most other companies did not even respond. Mike sized the roofing retrofit, priced it out and developed an immediate plan of attack. No small feat as winter was knocking and difficult weather was on the horizon. Green Metal Roofing was given the go ahead and coordinated everything within the matter of 24 hours. We were amazed the product was manufactured and materials ordered and onsite in 2 days, 2 days later the roof was 100% completed, the bin removed and a perfect job! Thank you Mike, Martin and crew.

From start to finish the customer service was exceptional I had water coming through my ceiling in a couple areas made Ray aware and the services moved along quickly from that phone call, Ray was out did estimate and I mulled it over a couple minutes and accepted the estimate and signed paperwork, materials were dropped off, work was started next day(was a weekend) and completed in a couple days. My roof looks better than I could have even thought for a roof, I'm so thrilled with the new look my little bungalow has, it's so pretty!!!! Now I have complete peace of mine for roofing the rest of my life with the 55 yr transferable warranty and the value of my house and efficiency this roofing brings is also a plus!!! We were fed up of intermittent leaks with our shingle roof so reached out to metal roofing companies. After evaluating several on price, professionalism and response, we decided to go with Green Metal and we are very happy with the results.

John explained all we needed to know, when we first met, then kept in regular touch until it was time to install. Junior and team installed quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Then John returned to check installation and take drone photos.

It's clear Green Metal has a lot of experience. The professionalism and attention to detail are obvious and the house looks better than it did before. Happy we decided to go with them.

They left a hole after installation. Squirrels went inside. They agreed to fix it. Technician did come once but they never get it fixed and keep postponing the following-up for over a month. They agree to have animal control people work on it but with huge delays. If they can't fix the animal at least tell us what to do on our end instead of keep us waiting forever.

After receiving 3 different quotes to have our roof replaced, we decided to go with Green Metal Roofing. Our experience/interaction with the salesman Mike was what assisted us with making our final decision. Mike was very professional during his presentation, followed COVID protocol and took a client centred approach with regard to meeting our needs. Our installation was not scheduled to be completed until spring of 2022, however we were hit with high winds this past weekend and as a result from the weather, several of our shingles blew off of our roof leaving us exposed to even further damage if it happened to rain. I notified Mike that Saturday evening, and contacted the London office (Greg) on Monday morning to inquire about having someone come out to temporarily repair the damages asap. I was notified by both Greg and Mike on Tuesday morning that they were sending out their crew to install our entire metal roof on Wednesday morning.
The two gentleman who installed the roof were very knowledgeable, efficient workers and provided friendly service not to mention that they worked non stop and had the roof completed in 1.5 days.
Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with how we were treated by the representatives of Green Metal Roofing from the start and we would also highly recommend their products and services to anyone who is in need of replacing their roof. Thanks again to all of you!

Needed a roof and wanted to save a skylight and remove a chimney. Greenroofing did a excellent job within two weeks. I wanted a metal roof at the lowest cost considering the short lifespan of normal shingles today.
