I first met John in spring 2019 after meeting him at the Toronto Home Show. My roof was almost 20 yrs old and knew it would need replacement soon. John came by on his own within a couple days and sent me a quote and details. Then work got busy and COVID hit and thoughts of the roof got shelved - until it started leaking in spring 2024. I dusted off my last email from John from summer 2019 and sent him a reply. He responded within hours and came by 2 days later and answered all my questions and provided an updated (reasonable) quote. A team came out, led by installer Paul, within 3-4 weeks and got the job done cleanly and quickly. No muss, no fuss. More than happy with the end result! John communicated well by email, phone and text throughout the process and sent lots of pre- and post- photos. I highly recommend Green Metal roofing and am so glad I held onto John's email! Would definitely hire them again.

Circuit in home went dark and was unable to determine location of short. Clonard electrician and helper arrived right on time with no delay and did a quick job of systematically going through each fixture until they found the cause. In and out in 45 minutes with no mess left behind. Good work at a competitive price compared to other companies I checked out.
