We hired Mr Roof Repair to do an assessment of some missing soffits. They did a full assessment of our roof and provided us with a quote for a few items. They were professional and quick in response times.

I had dripping sounds during a heavy rain. Mr Roof Repair had a competitive price for an assessment and repair, but what won me over was they were WAY more transparent than other places I called about what to expect. The service guys Pietro and Dan were great, there were no surprises and the follow up report was very professional and useful. Highly recommended.

I had a leaky roof and called 3-4 roof contractors to take a look... they all said it could not be repaired, had to be replaced. Mr. Roof Repair also indicated that it needed to be replaced but went ahead and patched it until I had time to work through some options. I was a bit short on $ so they offered to look after the roof throughout the winter and come repair in the spring after I've had some time to save. I really liked their professionalism, flexibility, and quality of work.

Had Mr. Roof Repair come out take a look at our roof as a brown spot appeared on the ceiling. I liked that they took photos (which I received a week later) which told me that we need a new roof! Not good...but they put a tarp on which should delay the purchase until the spring! Needed to have a sign on our lawn if we wanted a $50 discount...which was fine and saved us $ !

Read the reviews on here and thought I would give them a try, wasn't thrilled will the $149 + tax fee to come out and give me a quote. It's not a simple process with these guys there are hoops. Took them 4 days just to come and look at my property after the initial phone call then it took another week for them to book and give me the actual "presentation". It is a presentation not a quote, kind of like buying a time share. How there product is rated for hurricane force winds in Miami spec etc. Well we are in Canada with -15 to -30 wind chills those specs would have been nice. Also they wanted to completely redo my roof venting system,I don't want to reinvent the wheel just new shingles and the quote ended up being for over $19,000. They could have done a "patch" job for $9000 where they simply lay the new shingles over the old ones but that's not what I'm after. I want the old stuff removed and new shingles put into place. If you are a high income family then these guy might be for you but a modest middle class household won't be able to afford theses guys. I even told the sales guy right upfront I bet you will be the highest quote because of the hoops, you could just tell.

We requested Mr. Roof Repair to perform and assessment of some water damage we were experiencing on the fascia wood. It wasn't obvious how the water was reaching the wood, as our eaves troughs were new and in good shape, but Adam from Mr. Roof Repair was able to quickly evaluate the situation and provide options for remedy allowing us to be well informed to determine the best course of action - without pressure. He was on time and very helpful and noted other small repairs we could make to extend the life of our roof and existing system.

Very professional in their manner of conducting business. Showed up on time after giving me an ETA 30 minutes prior to arrival. Provided a very thorough assessment with photos included in a detailed report

We had an assessment and repair work done for a leaky roof. As this is the first time I cannot indicate whether the cost was inexpensive, standard or expensive. However, the assessment people came on time, were professional and produced a very clear analysis of the problem.
I opted not to go with another company that provided a free evaluation and estimate because of the good reviews I saw. Again, as I did not get an alternate estimate I cannot comment on the cost.

A permanent fix is still required so I will most likely have them do this. After permanently fixing the roof I will be able to provide better feedback. If the permanent work is done at the same level of quality and professionalism as the assessment and temporary fix I will be very happy!
