I had a leak show up in my living room ceiling and had no idea where it was coming from. Mr. Roof Repair were very professional in everything from taking my first panic call about this mysterious leak to explaining to me what work needed to be done right thru to completion. They communicated through out the entire process and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I called Mr Roof Repair to get a quote for some roof vents put into a metal roof. From the moment I called, they kept me up to date and we're timely when they arrived. They sent me a detailed assessment and some general information regarding roofing and ventilation.

Overall, I am pleased with their work thus far, I paid $150 for the assessment and report. I elected to hire them for the permanent repair and time will tell how it goes. I will update my experience once this gets completed.

Leaky roof which was too steep for me to work on myself. Mr Roof Repair was fast, courteous, and professional. I would recommend to anyone needing work done on their roof(s).

Old, rusted and leaky garage roof. Called this company for temporary repair for roof to survive this winter as the actual roof will have to be replaced next year. Guys who showed up were professional, fast and friendly. They explained what they have done and did the best they could under the circumstances with this very old and leaky roof. One of them was an export in high grade metal roofing too which our house roof is made of. He told me the company who did our roof just by looking at it as we didn't get this info from the previous owner. I called that company who indeed did that roof and transferred the warrany to our name and received the warrenty certificate. Would definatelly recommend this company!

Pietro and Dan came early in the booking window and after greeting me started their work right away. They examined, secured and sealed the plumbing flange that i had called about. They also found and re-secured and sealed a second plumbing flange that was also beginning to lift. Then they thoroughly examined the rest of the roof and sealed down a few partially lifted shingles. They also sealed the chimney flashing. They did their work quickly and thoroughly and were done within one hour.

Had leaky corners of my eaves. Had another well reviewed company come to clean them and provide an assessment. They didn't announce themselves, got the roof went around and wrote a small paragraph and forgot to give a quote for the replacement and repair. I also called Mr Roof Repair, talked with Gerard and got Mellisa Parker out to do the work. She introduced herself, said what she was going to do, called out what she wasn't going to do, said what would happen if we needed certain options and said she report in before she left. About 40 minutes later she said that we needed the eaves replaced and we talked about other issues. She said she'd have the quote in by the end of the week and Gerard would take it over from there. Got the quote in email, along with her assessment. It was very thorough with photos and explanations. I was thrilled with the company and their attention to detail, and have asked them to go forward with planning to have the eaves replaced. Will write another review for that work.

I called MrRoofRepair.ca as the back section of my eaves were overflowing. I found it odd given I had recently had the eaves cleaned. The repair specialist came out and let me know that my eaves were clean but the downspout was clogged. He then sloped them to make sure water flowed away from the house. I was very happy from start to finish with the customer service, the repair service, and even the billing! The service was so good that when it comes time to replace my roof 2 or 3 years down the road, I will definitely call MrRoofRepair.

Have a hole in my fascia. Called Mr. Roof Repair. They had a seamless communication process in place. David booked the appointment, Louisa came out and investigated the problem. She went around the entire house and took pictures of the eves and fascia. She gave me a verbal review of what she found. The much more detailed assessment, including photos, was created and sent to me so I had a complete understanding of all the problem areas. I've decided to have them come back and do the repair.
