Mr Roof Repair.Ca

After discovering mould in our attic, I called Mr.Roof Repair to do an attic inspection and give us recommendations on preventing future mould growth after the mould remediation. We had used them in the past and were pleased, and once again they did not disappoint.
After inspecting the attic, Pietro and Dan gave recommendations for improving the ventilation, and we went ahead and scheduled the job.
Once the weather cooperated, they were able to do the work. Pietro and Dan were very professional and after the work was complete they took the time to explain everything and address our concerns. They also took many pictures and included it on the report so we could see everything that was done.
That evening, my husband noticed that one of the bathroom fans (which they had replaced previously) did not have good suction. I notified them and they came right back to address the problem. It was actually nothing to do with their work, but they fixed it anyway and also replaced the hose as a precautionary measure. It is good to know they care about their customers and are there for you even after you've paid your bill :)

We had a great experience with Mr. Roof. They were fast, efficient and got the job done despite the freezimg cold, windy weather in January. Along with the emergency service they provided us with a roof assessment and quote. We had a two hour window booked from 8-10am and they were at our door at 8:15am. The team was really knowledgeable and polite. We'll have them back again in the Spring to do long term repairs.

We installed new windows in our home and the caulking started to turn yellow. The window installer said it's the soffit that is leaking, he will not do anything unless we get a clear from the roof. That's when we called Mr. Roof, Gerard was awesome over the phone and Pietro was full of great knowledge when he arrived to assess over roof. We gained so much knowledge through the whole assessment. We contacted Mr. Roof Repair because we thought we had a leak on our roof that was coming into our upstairs bathroom.
They came and inspected the roof and our attic, and explained to us that our roof was in very good condition, and that the leak was from frost in our attic. They explained that it was due to poor ventilation and told us how we could fix it ourselves without it costing us as much as if they did it. Their honesty and knowledge blew us away, because we all know that they could have easily said our roof needed repair or replacement, and we wouldn't have questioned them. Our bill was so much lower than we would have originally expected because they were honest and told us our roof still has many years to go before it needs replacement. They provided us with a full report including pictures of our roof and their work (we asked them to install two vents for our washrooms) with full explanation of all work done .
They took the time to explain everything to us and were extremely professional and careful. We would definitely hire them again for any roof matters, and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

My roof fascia trim has been ripped off by wind and i was looking for a company to repair the damage. I tried to contact several roofing companies, but they refused to spend time on such a small work. I contacted Mr Roof Repair and they immediately suggested several possible time slots for their technician visit.
The repair was done in time and an additional inspection was done to my roof and report provided (included in the price).

Came home to a leaking roof again around the chimney flashing over the holidays. I had to wait till companies got back to work. I left a message with Mr Roof Repair and they called back once opened. I spoke with David and just by the way the conversation was going I knew this was the company to fix it. So on Jan 4 they came, Ben and Artur and had it fixed in no time. They took pictures before and after so you could see where it was leaking. Next 2 days we had bad rains and I'm happy to say no leaks. Good job! Thanks.
