The 2 gentelmen who came and fix my flashing are exceptional they know what their doing expert in there field. I will highly recommend them. Keep up the excellent work Mr. roof repair team. I had an excellent experience. Hired them to repair a roof leak in our 80+ year old building. I oversaw the work. During the repair, I interacted with 3 different people from the company (including the owner) and found them all to be professional, honest, and in general really pleasant human beings. Great people doing great work - you can't ask for much more than that.

Very structured and organized company. Not sure how to rate the value/price ratio but I am satisfied with the customer service, speed of repair although their highly structured business demands some time between the assessment and the quote (about 3 days) so be patient. Upon receiving the quote, it was filled with assessment of the entire roof system along with pictures and a "score" to identify what is urgent to repair etc. They are professionals & seem to have integrity. I will likely do business with them again.

We requested for a roof assessment on a 10 year-old roof and potentially missing shingles. They took photos and fixed our issue and provided a report and pictures which was all fantastic. It's just that it was a bit too expensive for what we needed, but didn't have the time to shop around. They suggested to replace incorrect fans on our roof for $900. They could be right in their assessment, but since we are finding them to be a bit pricey, we are going to investigate their suggestion to see if a less expensive alternative is available. They say that there could be mold problems, but instead of simply going ahead with what they suggest, I believe a check into the attic is more prudent to see if their suggestion is warranted. **UPDATE 2018-03-24** Yes, the vents that we had on our roof did need to get replaced. The roofers missed seeing that we didn't have enough nails or glue to keep our shingles in place for the long term. Another roofer found this issue. I do believe that this company does an excellent job in providing feedback and information to the consumer which is excellent, but that might add a bit to their costs. It does leave me wondering how a routine check and repair to some missing shingles to our roof would have missed looking at the cause --that there weren't enough nails and glue to prevent that from happening in the future. I still would recommend the company, but I have slight reservations.

I paid $224.87 for a roof assessment on my 3 year old roof to get a quote for replacing a section of fallen eaves trough. I was at no time offered the option of a quote without paying for a roof assessment.

They apologized for the delay in getting the quote to me and the ‘roof repair specialist’ included 4 things in the eavestrough quote: replacing the metal fascia to prevent wood rot, removing all the fallen eaves trough from the property (though I was later informed that ‘the state of my property is not their concern’), installing the new eaves trough, and installing a new down spout.

Once I agreed to the work, I received an email offer to save up to $100 off my repair for writing a review, it was my opinion, though it wasn’t written anywhere in the email, that to receive the financial incentive I should write a positive review, so I did.

A week later, looking at a further 2-3 weeks to schedule my repair and fallen eaves trough removal, I called another company. They came and assessed the problem no charge, quoted me a price that was less than half the cost and started the repair immediately. In their free assessment they noted 14 feet of rotted wood that was not included in my original $224.87 roof repair specialist assessment. I am not a roof specialist so I can only give my opinion that either there was no wood rot at that time or it was missed by the specialist.

When I emailed to cancel my job and express my disappointment over what I felt was a long wait with exposed wood and garbage in my yard I made it clear that I wanted to amend my positive review. What followed was an exchange about what constitutes defamation vs. what I felt I had experienced that took over 6 days, 20 emails, and finally a 13 page document detailing what I could and could not legally say in this review based on the service emails regarding procedures and timelines I received. I fully anticipate a comment on this review along the same lines.

This has been a long, and in my opinion, very unpleasant ordeal. I was repeatedly asked to have a phone conversation but once legal stuff was mentioned I wanted written records of our conversations. I was called aggressive, rude, threatening, unreasonable, and unprofessional.

I will certainly be looking at reviews differently going forward and personally I would not recommend any dealing with this company.

I would highly recommend these guys. They did a great job and worked like dogs in cold/wet weather. The finished product is great and they cleaned up impeccably after the job was done. Great work.

Some shingles blew off my roof. I called Roof Repair and they came out promptly to repair and assess. I suspected my roof needed replacing but it was not that old and I could not see it from the ground. Roof Repair provided photos and a detailed assessment of what was needed. I got the information that I needed to move forward in replacing my roof.

I found Mr Roof Repair on Homestars and quickly received a reply from Julian. We had my job scheduled very soon - a quick repair - that led to other work. Their scheduling team is great, and their crew was prompt and clean. There was no mess left behind and the finished product looks great.

Upon calling I received a response almost immediately with a full explanation of how their assessment and repair process works. They came to the house on a Saturday which was very convenient for us and the repair was done quickly and accurately.
I received their full roof assessment and will defiantly be having the work completed in the Spring.
