I needed a new roof as well as roof deck repair/replacement for my free-standing gazebo in my backyard. I called Mr. Roof Repair and they visited my property within 1 day and checked both my house roof as well as my gazebo roof, identified any problems and gave me a detailed estimate re: what was required to be done and what it would cost. Pietro is very knowledgeable and the estimate is very fair. I think I will have Mr. Roof Repair do the work required ASAP.

The fascia on the front of our house was coming off and I contacted several companies for estimates. This company responded the fastest (two didn't respond at all) and they were informative and friendly. They were able to get to us quickly with the initial job only delayed by weather (this was understandable and did not impact the house negatively).

Communication was great throughout by phone, email and creating an account at their website for job updates. A roof assessment report with detailed information and pictures was included with the job and found something else that needs repair.

The end repair itself was great with the new fascia matching about 8-9/10 in colour (previous fascia was about 5-6 years old). It was custom fit and the installer couldn't do the repair on the first visit because of this and informed us what he would need to do prior to return along with a return date.

I will use this company in the future and definitely recommend them to others.

We recently moved into our new (old) home. There were a few shingles that were damaged from a raccoon. The Mr. Roof Repair crew showed up on time and stayed within budget to complete the work. They cleaned up after themselves and provided a report of future items to consider and why it is worth doing them. Now my roof is damage free and one cannot tell where the work was done. Great job team!

Replaced some shingles, quoted me exactly what i paid, honest and easy to talk to. Explained everything in detail before doing it and sent a report before charging me! Definately my go to roof people from now on!

Assessment was prompt, professional and courteous. Onsite serviceman provided a lot of information on condition of roof, skylight and eaves. as well as explaining various options. Detailed report received by email in a few day containing numerous pictures.

Good honest inspection and detailed full report provided. The two guys sent over we're both professional and respectful. Appreciated that they showed me photos of what they were able to see in the attic.

I'd say that Piedro and Dan, the staff who do the work, are at the top of the profession. They really know there roofs, are very informative, and a pleasure to interact with.

I had Piedro and Dan come to review my roof. They were super awesome and friendly. Even after the report Piedro answered my never ending list of questions. They didn't even take my tips when i insisted! So in that aspect a 10/10

The only reason I gave the company an 8 was because of the extremely highly priced items I was quoted for (eavestroughs, fascia, and bathroom vent through flat roof-$7k).

I loved working with Piedro and Dan, but atvthe end of the day I had to get the roof work done by different companies for half the price.

I called Mr. Roof Repair on Friday because of a leaky roof. They came on Sunday morning and did a temporary repair and within 5 days provided assessment and recommendation. Very professional company.
