Amazing customer service, workmanship and competitive price. I had contacted well over 10 companies through homestars. A few people got back to me and long story short, they had either ridiculous pricing and/or gave me attitude before even meeting me (apparently this is a busy period for roofers). Edward, was absolutely wonderful. He called me directly and was super quick to come check my issue (even though he was busy) and gave me an honest price . Within a week he scheduled a time and a date and even called me before his arrival to ensure I was home. I am a super picky customer and do thorough research, I have never given any company 10/10 but seriously Eclipse Roofers are so professional and great to deal with. During the job he kept me in the loop non stop, with pictures and even advice on other parts of my roof. He was not trying to sell me on any extra service but was truly giving me FYI, since I had loads of questions. It took him a bit longer to complete the job due to unexpected problems under my roof. I felt so bad it took up his evening and so I was opened to him charging me more for his trouble. He insisted no though. A few days later he sent me pictures and a receipt. He even just did a follow up to make sure I recevied everything. Its been a few rainy days since his repair, and there are absolutely no issues. Overall I would say stop going to those big boxed roofer companies and trust a genuine local Roofing Company like Eclipse. They go above and beyond! To future c

I had Piedro and Dan come to review my roof. They were super awesome and friendly. Even after the report Piedro answered my never ending list of questions. They didn't even take my tips when i insisted! So in that aspect a 10/10 The only reason I gave the company an 8 was because of the extremely highly priced items I was quoted for (eavestroughs, fascia, and bathroom vent through flat roof-$7k). I loved working with Piedro and Dan, but atvthe end of the day I had to get the roof work done by different companies for half the price.

****I am updating my post, after one full winter my waterproofing was leak-free. So because o the great work (tested) I highly recommend the company 10/10!**** I ended up calling up 5 companies. At the end because of the amazing reviews and a very competitive price point, I went with Dryshield. Roy was our sales rep who always gave us his professional advice and answered all our e-mails/text. I am a worry wart and thus had a ton of questions. Roy always replied within a reasonable time and was super patient with me. Amazing person to connect with. The men who came to do the work always came bright and early and did the best cleaning job each day. (REVISED- they called me immediately after and told me they had no control of it as they outsource this job to another company. Thank you for the clarification!) They left the bin of concrete over the weekend and didn't pick up until Monday. Normally would have been fine but it interrupted the work of my other contractors. Called the receptionist Monday and it was immediately dealt with. Secondly, I was expecting the grading of the soil against my wall to be an angle, it looked more like it was just randomly topped (no angle or anything). I guess I will have to regrade myself as it settles in a couple of months. Overall a pleasure to deal with and would recommend.
