In this day and age of mediocre service and lackluster customer experience, Anta Plumbing is the shining beacon that all service based companies should aspire to their level of customer service!
We had a drain that was blocked and after a few hours of struggling with it I decided to call Anta Plumbing. They did do work at our home a couple of years ago and it was good so, I called them for this service.
They showed up exactly on time (can not begin to say how important that is). The technician immediately put on his protective slippers and proceeded to do the work. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained that the garburator contributed to the blocked pipes. After fixing the blockage he proceeded to clean up all his work and areas that had nothing to do with his service in the area under the sink. The fine attention to detail gets the +++ after the A! Great customer service, Very professional and courteous technicians. I would never entertain calling any one else. Thank you Eddy Stevens

I cant thank you enough for leaving this exceptional review. Eddy, you are right! it is very hard to find good customer service these days. A lot of customer service reps seem like they do not want to serve customers. Because of this, businesses tend to lose customers. The customers do not feel that great enjoyment factor when conversing with that particular customer service rep. But at Anta plumbing we try our best to provide great customer service to our customers. It is also very important to be on time, it shows the customer, that the company is committed to the job as well as professional. But on the contrary even when the technician is running a bit behind it is good to have that certainty that the company still has you in mind and that your not forgotten. It feels good when a company takes that extra time to make sure your taken care of and that a call is made advising you of the delay. We love when our technicians are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Nobody wants someone who presents to be professional but has no clue about what to do when it comes to performance of the work.
