I called in MMT to waterproof my basement walls. Mario was very knowledgeable, polite and honest. When he dug down to the foundation he found the house had no weeping tiles. He was able to repair the problem by laying new weeping tile, parging, taring and putting on the waterproof sheeting. His entire crew were hard workers, polite and they obviously cared about doing an excellent job. The job was supposed to take 3 days to complete. I was most impressed when Mario told me on the first day that rain was forecast for the entire third day so he would be sending extra people in to complete my job in two days. This is what he did. He along with his extra staff worked the entire day until they finished the job the second evening. Everything was left spotless. I was having a renovation done at the house and the other contractor was so impressed with Mario that he took his number and will be using his services. This is the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. I can recommend MMT Waterproofing without reservation.

I recently had a foundation leak on the side of my house. I had several estimates but decided to go with MMT Waterproofing. Not only was the price better, but he was honest and hard working and did a wonderful job. He explained every step of the process and took pictures of the problem during the repair so that I could see what needed to be done and why. My interlock had to be dug up and Mario returned and relaid that as well. I am very pleased with the work that MMT Waterproofing has done and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Look no further, call MMT. It was discovered that I had 3 cracks in poured concrete foundation in 12 year old home as I had water leaking into my basement with the torential rain that we had been having. To make matters worse, I had water leaking from porch in my Cantina. When Mario & Robert arrived to assess the problem, they only provided me with solutions as opposed to other companies that would ridule the builder. Right from the start I had a good feeling and great experience dealing with Mario & Robert at MMT Waterproofing. They always made me feel important no matter how busy they were. Mario was always prompt in returning calls and very patient with my questions. He was true to his word as to when the work would begin & very prompt. Mario and MMT took the time to visit us, examine and water test the site, explained the various possible causes and provide a written estimate and what work would entail and provided us with earliest available time to carry out the work. The work was delegate as there were hydro wires and other lose uncovered cable underground. The work was completed as promised and exceeded our expectations. They compact the soil so well right from foundation that no extra soil was left and ground was level as they started.

I highly recommend MMT and will use them in the future should other parts of my basement requires work.

This company deserves a mark of 10 in the very least. Mario and MTT-waterproofing went above and beyond our expectations and were very communicative throughout the entire project. Mario and MTT-waterproofing team did an excellent job waterproofing the foundation of our 79-year-old house west wall. While giving us the free estimate Mario came across as very professional and knowledgeable. He was very helpful, answered all our questions with great detail and gave us a competitive quote. From the quote process to the intensive labor required, we found the staff at this company very pleasant and extremely professional in their work. The team of workers was diligent and tidy and took great care to preserve the stucco walls and Air condition unit of our neighbors, which required doing the work in three sequential sections. The work involved manually excavating around the west wall of the house, to gain access to the brick foundation wall. All cracks were carefully filled, the Block wall was parged before waterproof membrane could be applied. New weeping tiles were installed as well as a window well; the excavated area was back-filled and finally layered with gravel as per our request. Very labor-intensive work completed on schedule even finished a day or two faster than projected. Excellent problem solving of issues that came up from the work. Good attention to details throughout and enjoyably a dry basement ever since despite the heavy rain Toronto experienced recently. We are extremely satisfied with their service and the quality of their work. We considered several reputable companies and are very happy with our decision to hire Mario and his team. Excellent job done!

I would recommend Mario and company to my closest relatives and friends. I needed to find someone as soon as possible. In under 1 week, I called Mario, he came and gave me an estimate, explained everything in great detail, and completed the job. The quick response was greatly appreciated. Their workmanship was very clean and efficient. I give them a 10++.

I initially had 6" of water inside my crawl space. It had to be repaired from the outside so I obtained many quotes for this job being that it was a costly repair - every quote was over $10,000! A friend of mine referred Mario to me which quoted me $8,000 and said it would take approx. 3 days to complete. He fully explained what needed to be done to properly repair the water leakage. I have done my own research myself and simply sat back and listened. Mario knew exactly what he was talking about and was knowledgeable. At this point, I felt comfortable enough to give him the job. I did not regret my decision! He worked VERY hard throughout the job!! The first day was entirely of breaking concrete - as I said, it was hard work! I had about 12" of concrete around the entire structure. This had to be removed before the digging could start. Mario then brought in a Kubota machine to excavate. It was tight, but he operated the machine like a surgeon! Definitely experienced showed! The area was fully dug, installed a new weeping tile, tested original weeper before connecting new to original, waterproofed the block foundation and back filled the area. During the entire job, the area was kept clean and organized. Another point of interest was that he took the time to explain and discuss the process throughout the job. This alone helps to ensure the job is done right the first time. I usually don't take the time to write a review, but in this case, I was very happy with the job and it was entirely due to having the right person. Well done Mario!
