Mario completed interior waterproofing in my basement 10 years ago. When new issues emerged this year due to record rainfall, I called him to assess the situation. We had a small leak in our basement after the big rains we had recently in the GTA. The guys from MMT waterproofing dug a hole about 7 ft deep, remove any old waterproofing from 25 years ago and did an amazing job fixing the issues. I highly recommend them.

We had Mario and his team come and waterproof the full exterior of our home after we discovered multiple leaks in the spring. He was able to turn an incredibly stressful situation into a smooth project, despite issues with our soil around the house that delayed the project a bit. Our project was large as it's a bungalow and there was concrete removal for around half of the linear ft + a concrete patio, but despite that the team worked hard and quick.

More importantly, he is awesome to communicate with, takes your questions seriously, and clearly knows his stuff. He definitely was priced competitively so it was win-win in choosing to go with him! We will definitely be recommending him to everyone!

If there could be a 6th star, I would give one. After gathering multiple quotes I choose MMT because they gave a very transparent and detailed list of what they would be doing. They gave me lots of advice even before I went with them. Their pricing was also very competitive. After finishing their work, they came back to check their work, fixed anything they saw that they might feel are weak points at no charge. They also took extra time after to look and help with my sump pumps. One that I thought was broken but they saw the minor flaw and fixed it without charge. I had a leak in the basement and after 2 weeks of heavy rainfall, no leaks. Very happy and highly recommended.
