I hired Mario and his team for interior basement waterproofing in March 2023 and MMT did not disappoint. Mario is honest, hard-working and takes the time to explain every step in extreme detail and in an understandable, personable manner. When it was discovered that previous homeowner do-it-yourself renovations did not set concrete footing under our house foundation, Mario proposed solutions to move forward safely and cost-effectively and to discuss his approach with our hired contractors in the future to accommodate a full second floor in our house. Mario has always been quick to respond to any and all questions we've had since the waterproofing as well. The work was very thorough, efficient and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mario in the future and will give my highest recommendation. MMT was a pleasant surprise!

This summer so many heavy rain, the foundation started leaking on the other side . I called MMT again to do the free estimate. Very clear and detail quotation, fair price.

Mario and his team were excellent throughout the process! I really appreciated everything from the quote to the final bill. He showed up on time (impressive for contractors these days), walked through everything on the quote clearly, and answered all of my questions patiently. Mario even told me all about Torontos basement flooding subsidy and helped me submit my paperwork. The work itself was done quickly and pain free. I was surprised how quickly they could mobilize and finish. They also left the area clean when they were done, another impressive feat for contractors these days. Overall I was very happy with the team and would highly recommend them.

I had a leak in the basement after one of the major rain storms during the summer. Mario came by for a review and quoted on what needed to be done. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be fixed and why. He spent a lot of time and it was very much appreciated.

The guys that came by to do the job were polite and on time. They finished and cleaned up the area without issues. Mario also came by on the same day to make sure everything is fine.

I would recommend MMT to any home owner that have problems with basement leaks.

If I could give MMT/Mario 11 /10 stars I would. They have done foundation repairs outside and in on a couple of jobs. All were done with care, quality and follow-up if needed - leaving us with peace of mind. I would not hesitate in recommending MMT/Mario for waterproofing jobs.

Mario and the MMT team fixed a small crack in the foundation of my home back in the fall of 2022. Mario was quick to come out to provide a free estimate and took the time to show me the problem and explain in detail how he would fix it. His team came out in a timely manner to fix the issue and we havent had any problems with water coming into our basement since. Mario is very professional and genuinely cares about the work that him and his team do. I would highly recommend this company and I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again if I should ever have another issue with my home.

I could not be more satisfied with Mario and his crew. I hired him to externally waterproof my leaky basement. He did a wonderful job and delivered as promised, within the quoted timeframe. His work even got compliments from the company I later hired to remove the mold from my basement.

Mario stands by his work and warranty. Some of the soil around the area sank a bit a year later and he promptly sent somebody to fix it. On another occasion, Mario personally came out to help me troubleshoot my eavestroughs!

We've discovered a leak in the basement during the winter. Our neighbors gave us MMT's contact because they were happy with waterproofing job that was done for them. Mario responded and arrived quickly, he identified the crack and gave us a reasonable quote for repair. We had to wait for the wormer times so guys can dig around the house. On the discussed date Mario and guys arrived on time, the job was done very professionally and was completed on the same day. Our backyard was left very clean and we hardly can tell that any excavation was performed.
