The window balance hardware in my Repla brand windows needed to be replaced. As Repla (which was a local company) went out of business quite some time ago, I wasn't sure if the necessary parts would still be available. I sent an inquiry off to Windowfix and got a response shortly thereafter. Sarah and Keith came to my home to assess the work required; it was obvious that they were very knowledgeable about window repairs.
They were able to locate the necessary Window balance parts and were also able to come up with a creative solution to repair the latch on my patio door (also a Repla product) as the original parts were no longer available.
