Amazing experienced home inspector, accommodated my tight timeline, report outlined all the short and long term repairs to get a better idea of what the costs of home ownership are going to be like, the small troubles that might appear.
Detail orientated,
One particular thing would be how he caught if the garage GFCI tripped, then I wouldn't be able to access the garage at all due to no manual release.
Something that I would not have caught for sure, until it was too late, $20 cost for manual release, not a $200 call out.
all in all, great service for a great price for piece of mind.
