Don't buy any of it. The roof started leaking within 6 months and he never showed up to fix it, even when he promised. Finally, got quotes to fix it and everyone was surprised at how badly it was installed. He probably used 2nd hand membranes because there were holes in it. He didn't take off the flashing but glued the new membrane right on top. He knocked electrical/phone wires so they came down and were touching the garage roof, but refused to call anyone to fix it. The only way you could get a hold of him was to call from a number he didn't know (so he thought it was a potential new customer to rip off). He is unscrupulous. The neighbour who liked his price and got their roof done had $1000's of damage due to extensive leaking. i think they finally got him to send someone to fix all the internal damage, but they had to completely redo their roof properly a year later with another contractor.

HRR replaced my roof and eavestrough. They did a horrible job. Eavestroughs leaked. Roof leaked causing major damage to interior walls. They never cleaned their debris. Frequent calls with promises to repair. Finally repaired roof after 6 months. They promised to pay for damages but never did. Avoid them.
