We were referred to Rocco. Rocco was fast, greatly expediting both drafting of plans and getting the building permits from the City quickly. Unfortunately however we had an issue with regards to amendments for the plans that was not resolved amicably between Rocco and our consultant. I hope that for his future projects that this doesn't happen again as his work at the front end of the project was great.
