We needed to hire an architect to apply for a building permit to remove a few walls some of which were load bearing, and install a new patio door. We also needed the architect to design a layout for a new kitchen/powder room we want to construct. Our access to the house was limited when we hired Rocco as this all happened prior to closing.

I called a few people including Rocco in April. He stood out above everyone else. Rocco called me back the same day and indicated it was no problem to attend at the house during the one access visit we managed to schedule. This was a huge relief. Rocco also verified immediately that there were historical drawings of the house with City Hall - that turned out to be invaluable. He was able to get these quickly after we provided consent from the vendors.

When he visited the house, he measured the place and looked around thorougly. Ultimately, he came up with innovative ideas for the kitchen layout and ensured the requisite stamp on our application for the building permit. His fee was reasonable, his service is excellent/efficient, and we received a building permit within a matter of weeks literally. To the customers reading this review, you do not need to look further, Rocco is the person you want.
