No after service .. Mike seems to have disappeared..
Sometime back we had Mike install California shutters for all the windows on the main floor and the rooms.. while the outcome was nice... I still regret using him... In September 2022 one of the shutters on our kitchen sliding door broke. We have been trying to reach Mike since.. he has not returned our calls, texts, or even emails.
He told us we would get life time warranty.. but that is a fallacy... truly regret having dealt with him . At this point we have no idea how to fix it and will likely have to pay someone to do it. Picture provided. Note that after this photk , the shutter under the broken one also broke.. I am basically holding them together now and I don't open the shutters at all in case something worse happens..
