Painted ceilings, hallways and balcony of my condo.
My condo had suffered water damage to the ceiling, walls and concrete balcony. The paint was peeling on the balcony and the walls and ceiling had stains, bubbles and fine cracks.
I had purchased coupons for Ultratech painters through Dealfind and they were willing to negotiate for the extra costs of the ceiling and painting the concrete balcony.
I was impressed by the professionalism for the job they did, both in time efficiency, neatness, and attention to detail in the finish work. They did all the sanding, scraping and repair-work carefully before even starting to paint and the result was a beautifully restored balcony, ceiling and walls. I will certainly use them for future painting jobs!
