In my review, I would highlight the disappointing service due to significant delays in providing the agreed-upon tree removal. After providing a quote which we signed the same day. The company just forgets about you... Saying we have scheduling process and scheduling team will contact you... They never did for a month and after my several weekly calls their number I was told every time that they will call me... Saying they will contact me in a week then two then tree and then saying we do not guarantee when... The unfulfilled promises and lack of adherence to the scheduled route by the representative were particularly frustrating, contributing to an overall unsatisfactory experience.
I would emphasize in the review the negative impact of the rude behavior exhibited by the sales representatives Nancy and Terra. Highlighting their lack of professionalism and the discomfort it caused would provide potential customers with valuable insight into the any professional company's customer service standards. Just stay away .. they probably grew to the point they do not care about customers...

I had 2 lots cleared by Wes. Great service and very professional. Great clean up after the job was done. I came to know of Wes from his community work for Habitat for Humanity. Highly recommend.
