Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to rate A & A Masonry with a 10 out of 10. However, true to his word, Andy sent over another crew (Joe and James) to take down the old chimney and rebuild another new one at no cost to me. The chimney looks exceptional - an absolute 10. James and Joe are first rate advocates for their profession and for A & A Masonry and I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thanks for taking care of this problem Andy! You have restored my faith in Homestars as well.

Great sales job ... a very disastified customer. I made the mistake of believing the reviews that I read on line about this company. Maybe some of the crews that are employed by A & A Masonry do a satisfactory job, however, that was certainly not my experience. I would never call them again to do work for me and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. The only reason why I even gave them a 1 and not a zero is because it at least looks better than it did before when it had some cracked and broken bricks).
