Front Porch Concrete Surface and Steps

This company went above and beyond our expectations to fix what was wrong. I cannot tell you how pleased and excited to brag about the finished products. Darren (the owner) took the time to accommodate us to come over in person and apologize. We're human, we all make mistakes but it's how we fix it that matters is basically what he said and it is true. He called numerous times and sent messages trying to schedule a time to meet with us to let us know what they were going to do to fix it and I cannot begin to tell you again and again how amazing our steps looks! And even better they did it when we were away last week and sent us a message right away and pictures. And after a 6 hour drive in traffic let me tell you coming home to the front steps was a perfect end to a loooong day! Thank You Darren and your crew from A & A Masonry, we would definitely recommend you to others. Really appreciate everything you have done in the past couple months.

Front Porch Concrete Slab

We paid $5000 too much for this project. This might have been a small project but in a matter of customer service and the way they carry themselves NO project should be too small. They came to redo a cracked concrete slab in the front of our house. It's really too bad because I found this company using homestars and their ratings were far from what all of you said. The top part of the concrete was done terribly and started crumbling, so they came back to fix it. Then after winter, that same top part bubbled up and cracked off. I wrote an email to Darren letting him know and said they'l be back to fix when the weather gets warmer. Last communication from him was May and now we are into mid June and they have not yet come back to fix THEIR mistake. This is the first terrible experience we had with a reputable company.
