I have only good things to say about Rocket Renovations. They treated me with respect and operated with the highest level of professionalism right from the time I made the first call for a quote to the final walk through. My home renovation was completed in a timely fashion and I'm completely satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend Rocket Renovations for a home renovation and will not hesitate to use them again in the future! I also appreciate that I could use Rocket Renovations for everything. They did my exterior fix and interior kitchen, bathrooms (up and down) and made my basement an enjoyable and practical space! Thanks again Rocket Renovations for a great experience! :)

We had a bathroom reno with Rocket a couple years ago. I was just thinking today about how much I love my bathroom! GC Suzette was an excellent communicator through the entire process. We have a century home and of course ran into issues once walls came down but all was handled properly and safely so we could feel confident it was done right, like Mike Holmes says!

What began as a small renovation in our basement bathroom turned into a renovation that included our master bath and kitchen ceiling - not their doing! The team at Rocket made both projects run smoothly and on budget. Suzette was in touch with us throughout the process ensuring everything was to our standards and staying to the timeline. The team of contractors that were used were on time and we never faced any issues. All of the projects have been completed and exceed our expectations. We are so happy with the work done by Suzette and the Rocket crew, and would highly recommend them!!

We purchased an early 70's split level that needed help getting rid of that 70's vibe. We hired Rocket Renovations to gut the basement & main bathroom, down to the studs and to upgrade/modernize both rooms; upgrade the kitchen counters to granite & back splash to tile; upgrade the flooring on the main floor; and, refresh the paint in 3 bedrooms. From the minute we met Suzette and the gang, we knew we were in good hands. Suzette did a great job helping us visualize the changes we wanted and reign in the "grand ideas" that really weren't all that grand. She outlined options available at each stage, provided advice and entertained crazy ideas with a great combination of professionalism and humour. Necessary changes were identified and clearly explained, ideas and opinions were freely shared and at the end of the job, we were on budget & time. The various trades assembled by Rocket were top notch. Suzette did a great job identifying deficiencies and addressing them immediately and appropriately, with as little disruption to our routine as possible. We recently called on Rocket to help with some structural and exterior issues on our garage, and are equally pleased with the result. We are very happy with the work done by Suzette and the Rocket crew, and have enthusiastically provided references to potential Rocket customers, family and friends.

I hired Rocket Renovations to do a complete reno on my master bathroom and I couldn't be more pleased. Suzette and her team arrived when they said they would and completed each phase as they said they would. She was respectful of the budget I had laid out and never had 'extra's' thrown my way which I'd experienced in other contractors. This was a renovation on a master bathroom but every night when I came home, they'd cleaned and vacuumed not forcing me to live in a construction zone.
I am considering moving and when I do, Rocket Renovations will be the company I hire to do any and all renovations and I'd not hesitate to refer them to anyone that's looking to hire a contractor to do a renovation of any sort.

I first hired Rocket to do some needed upgrading to 2 bathrooms and front flooring in our condominium. They did an excellent job, on time and on budget. I hired them again when a pipe burst and caused water damage to my kitchen and garage below. Again, they did a great job and kept the cost down. I'm not sure what the other reviewers problems are with their work, because I have none. Perhaps it was because after I outlined what I needed, I got out of their way and let them do it. I would hire them again.

Our experience with Rocket was not the least bit pleasant. We saw them at the Calgary Home Show and after reviewing their website and giving them a call we hired them to do our basement bathroom. After the demo was completed, things started going haywire. There was no proper project management services on our job throughout, and the sub-contractors who showed up did not have a grasp of what was going on and in most cases did not have the skills for that job. The plumber did not review the equipment he was installing and was short when told to read the installation manuals, eventually we had to have a professional plumber come in and repair the work prior to walls going up. After 6 weeks of an incomplete shower room, the final straw was the incompetence of the tiling company. My wife and I were under extreme stress over Rocket and demanded that the tiling be done properly. Rocket then called us and informed us that they were pulling out of the job. This left us with an incomplete bathroom and very serious questions remaining. We called in some professionals in tiling and contracting and discovered further problems of the work done by Rocket Renovations. The most serious being that Rocket when we asked if they would pull city permits for the electrical & plumbing, told us it was not required for this type of job. On the contrary and we even consulted the City of Calgary to confirm, you indeed need permits for the work we were having done. Needless to say we need to have the shower room re-done to proper spec's and inspections done so that we will have re-course with house insurance if ever there was a fire or flood. Rocket Renovations lack of project management and quality trades is big red flag. Buyer beware on this company.
