I live in a complex that has 66 townhomes in it. Over the past few years I've seen numerous Ecoline Windows signs on front lawns. I was also on the board of the homeowners association and never ever heard of one complaint about Ecoline. The installers were right on time and were very
professional. Sheets were laid out all over the floors and rugs. A supervisor dropped by about 1/2 way through the job and asked how things were going etc. (that surprised me) Then near the very end of the job an inspector came over to check out the installation, ask me if I had questions and actually demonstrated the use of the window crank & lock. The installers vacuumed up any debris and cleaned up outside. They also take away the old windows. I would highly recommend Ecoline Windows!
