Ecoline Windows

After trying to get a few window companies to give me an estimate to replace my windows, I decided to go with Ecoline. My decision was based on the fact that no other company called me back. Not only were they wanting my business but the whole team, from sales rep to installers, to follow up rep, were very thorough and professional. Great work!

Each step in this process was synchronized from sales to manufacturing to installations. Their team was efficient and professional at every step. They pay extra attention to customer service and make you feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend them for any job. They keep their word which is a rare in the business world today. Great experience!

We chose Ecoline because of the flyers in the mail & the salesman was very knowledgeable. The installers were very efficient & prompt. The communication was excellent in notifying us of appointment times & any delays due to the weather. It was a pleasant experience & we are pleased with the product.

Ecoline's customer service was excellent and began with their imediate response to my request for a quote. Their sales representatives arrived exactly on time and took extra time to fully determine our needs and wants for our window installation. They offered a premium product at a very reasonable price. The installation was conducted mainly by Constantine and Mikhail of Ecolines expert staff. They spent three days in our home during which they went out of their way to minimize the disruption to our routine. They went so far as to avoid noisey tools as my wife was working nights. The installation was fully inspected by Ecoline's project managers who fully explained the workings and features of our new windows. Overall this was a very positive experience and we highly recommend Ecoline Windows!

Ecoline was fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. They're quote came in a few hundred dollars more than the first quote we got, however, I felt like we got superior windows, warranty and service than we would have otherwise. The installers were quick, clean and respectful and I was impressed with the quality control by the inspector that comes in st the end of the job. I will definitely be using them again when we replace the other windows in our home!

Great company, great people. They really care about customer5 needs. We had the upstairs windows done about a year ago and decided to call them back to do the rest of the house . We recently had done the basement windows and a door . Excellent customer service, very happy with the product and more than pleased with he installers on site. Everything was done on time , no delays no errors . We will recommend them to all our friends, co-workers with confidence. I was recommended Ecoline Windows by a friend at work and decided to give them a try, which I am very glad we did. They have been very professional at all times, with the Sales rep explaining every option and feature across all the products we were interested in, then providing us with a price we were happy with.

We decided to go ahead with a bathroom window what we needed done quickly, and again found the installation process to be very smooth and professional. We received a call before each visit (for the measurements, then the installation) and the staff arrived on time. The install was carried out perfectly, with a detailed explanation of the opening/closing mechanism, and everything was cleaned up nicely with no mess left behind. Best of all, I had 2 sets of managers contact me to make sure I was happy with the result!

We will definitely be using Ecoline again when we are ready to order our next set of windows - and doors!

Quick installation and excellent clean up. Love that Ecoline manufactures their own windows, and in Canada. There's no "grade" of windows either, just a choice of how many panes. I appreciate that not only did an inspector come after everything was done for quality assurance, but we also had a follow up call to ensure everything went well. Very happy with our windows and experience.

We selected Ecoline windows after seeing some of their other work in our neighbourhood, and agreed to use them after having a very pleasant experience with the sales staff. The house has all the original aluminium clad windows and doors, but I was only replacing a select window and patio door and didn't feel pressured at all to change the rest at the same time as I have with other companies. The installation team was professional and tidy, I had no concerns about the product or the labour during or after the installation. Will most certainly recommend to others and will use to replace the other windows as required.
