Ecoline Windows

We had them come an replace most of the windows in our house. We were really pleased with our sales rep, he worked hard to be within our budget and ensured we got exactly what we were looking for.
When it came time for the installation the crew were top notch. They treated our house with great respect and were extremely tidy, especially considering the amount of work they had.
The installation was smooth and we were very impressed with the quality of work. They even surprised us by paying attention to the color of caulking we had on our other windows and using something that matched.
The follow up inspection and phone calls from Ecoline has been amazing. Everything is perfect but I'm sure if there were any issues it would be taken seriously and resolved right away.
We have begun saving up to replace our basement windows and know who we will be calling when the time comes.

Alex with sales was fantastic, he explained the quality of the windows, prices and different options in Windows.

He wasn't pushy but very friendly and didn't seem to mind our questions.

The installation guys were very professional and thorough. They were careful with the furniture we weren't able to move.

Ecoline Windows staff were very professional from our first enquiry, to their prompt visit to measure for a quote, through to installation. Communication was excellent and they always did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Workers were very presentable and pleasant. The installation looks great inside and out. They used dropcloths to protect foot traffic areas and cleanup afterward was very thorough. We consider Ecoline's product and service excellent value for the money.

Contacted three different companies for a quote on 5 large panel windows; Ecoline had the best quote, best customer service and was able to do the install the quickest. I was extremely pleased with Econoline. They showed up right on time and finished installing the 2 windows in a couple of hours.
The windows look fantastic. The fellow showed me how to remove the screens and how to operate the window. Ten minutes after the fellows left, their supervisor came to inspect the windows. Excellent service.
