Ecoline Windows

After doing a significant amount of research, I decided to go with Ecoline to replace 5 of the windows on my home. I am very pleased with the quality and look of the Windows. The service provided was excellent from the ordering to installation. Everything has met or exceeded my expectations.

If I need to replace any remaining windows in the future I will definitely go with Ecoline.

My old window was leaking with cracked glass for unknown reasons. My wife and I finally decided that its time to change. I searched online and comments from other contractors for a company with reliable services. Out of all possible companies, we finally selected to contact Ecoline. A representative came by with sample products. After sorting out, we finally chose the quality with 3 pane glass window. Window was successfully installed with no problem. Overall, I will recommend Ecoline.

From the time we contacted Ecoline Windows, until our window installation was complete, all the people we had contact with were very helpful and courteous.

The sales staff took the time to ensure we understood their product before we made our decision. At the time our windows started into the manufacturing process we were contacted with an update on the progress. When our windows arrived for installation, ahead of schedule, the installation team took great effort to ensure that they worked quickly, tidily and very carefully to ensure our antique windows and frames were removed without damage. The installation, as well, was a success. The windows look great.

My old basement window was leaking during rain storms. Called Ecoline Windows to replace the basement window. Went with them based on past experiences. As usual they did a quick and good job.

After several quoting companies, we selected Ecoline because of pricing, timing, and quality. A big incentive was the selectibility of window designs that allowed us to be "unique" on the street with our front room window. We found the workers very efficient, quick, tidy and careful. We were impressed with the workmanship and care. I highly recommend this company and have no regrets with the quality of the windows and work.

Ecoline replaced three basement windows in our house recently. The installation crew did all the work in only one hour and a half. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. The new windows look great.

We had nine windows and three doors replaced, including a patio door. The customer service was excellent. Workers were professional and friendly. The work was scheduled to be completed over two days, but it took a bit longer than expected, so they came back in Saturday to finish the job. We are quite happy with the windows and doors. Only issue is that slider windows iced up at -25 C and front door became difficult to open. I would use Ecoline again.

A most recently EcoLine replaced two windows in our house, I was in big shock they picked that day the Dec.09.16 because this was the coldest one this year, despite we were waiting for new windows we would understand if installation have to be delayed so that’s the one of the reason for our appreciation. Alex the project manager was very knowledgeable and so friendly, he gave us very good deal and timeframe. Windows are awesome and look great, it’s only one week but we can feel the difference and see as well. Communication with Ecoline was great and seems like they care about customers. Too bad we have replaced all other windows a few years ago with different seller but if we need to replace them again will be Ecoline !!!

I am very very happy with my new window from Ecoline Windows. It is wonderful not to feel a draft anymore from the previous window. I would rate this as a terrific experience all around ...from the personable gentleman who provided my quote..to the installers who were fast, friendly and courteous ...to the quality control person who came by after the job was completed to ensure that the work was done right, the place was cleaned up and I was made aware of maintenance and cleaning. Great Job! I will, for sure, be using this company again in the future.
