Tony and Joe at Inch by Inch were fantastic! A great resource, a wealth of information, and very thorough and professional. Joe took air quality samples and did a visual inspection of our home - not only identifying mould but also identifying the cause, and uncovering an additional water leak. Tony ensured the lab reports were returned quickly, and gave us a good sense of the necessary scope of work and remediation. I highly recommend this company to any homeowner that wants peace of mind, and/or their own independent lab reports!
