Paul, the owner, exceeded my expectations. Paul values customers and understands what customer service is all about. He was right on time, extremly professional and courtious and treated my home as if it were his own!

Paul inspected my heating and humidifier system and replaced all the filters! He even told me he would give me a reminder call in 6 months to replace the air filter and that he would even drop it off! Talk about first class service!
