I found Duct Cleaning Specialists right here at Home Star after a basement Reno project.
After calling 3-4 differ company, Paul give me a feeling he know what he is talking about and the price is reasonable. So I booked the appointment.
They arrive and start right away. Took the time to explain to me how thing works. Explain to me how they do the cleaning.
It took them 2 hours to finish. Everything look good.
Just one minor thing, after they left, I notice the metal plate they put on after cleaning was hole in place by tape only, no screws. So hopefully they won't fall off. This is the only reason i give a 4 start instead of 5.
Overall, I am very happy about their service. Will use them again when I need to do another duct cleaning in couple years.
Update: Receive a call from Pual yesterday after posting the review. He explain why the panel is taped instead of screw in. But since in my case there is enough room to put screw in, he send someone back today to secure the panel with screw. This is the best part of their service. They really doing everything they could to make sure sir customer happy.
Thanks Pual.

Hey Wilson, thanks for taking the time to write a review. Glad you were happy with our work. As far as the panel goes, that should have been screwed in, so maybe the guys just happened to miss that and just tape it thinking they put the screws in. We apply a sealant on the inside of the panel to hold it in place before we screw in, so that was just an honest mistake. As per my phone conversation with you just a few minutes ago, either myself or one of the guys will swing by this evening to tap a few screws in the panel, not a problem. Thanks again for your business and most importantly the feedback, it is greatly appreciated. All the best. Paul *****UPDATE***** The panel that was missing a screw was actually the panel for the A/C Coil. Having these foil taped securely is usually what we do, as in some cases you do not want to screw in as the coil can be punctured as they are installed very tightly to the ductwork in some cases. For this instance, we were able to put a couple screws in as an added precaution but the sealant on the inside of the panel and foil tape on the exterior will hold it in place. This touch up has been rectified today (August 3rd) and hopefully Wilson can post an update with how we handled the situation. Feedback is great and how companies deal with the "problems" is the most important part. Thanks again Wilson for writing the review, we look forward to having you as a long term customer. If we can be of any help, feel free to contact me. Have a good long weekend. Paul
