We called the Duct Cleaning Specialists based on the positive reviews on HomeStars...and we were not disappointed! Paul answered our initial email promptly, providing a quote and advice on what to expect from a proper duct cleaning. When I contacted him to arrange for the cleaning, Paul offered us a choice of dates and times, and emailed us a proper work order. He also followed up with an email reminder two days in advance of the appointment. On the appointment day, Steve and Mat arrived within the appointment window. Both were professional, polite and personable - taking the time to explain what they were doing and showing us pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up as they went along. I would most definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists.
