We were looking to completely redo the exterior of our back addition as well as add a little walk-out patio. Moonraker not only gave the most competitive quote, but the way they worked with the specific design and materials we had in mind was phenomenal. From the board & batten cedar siding to the galvanized metal roof to the 2x12 treads on the steps, everything turned out exactly the way we wanted it. The attention to detail was exceptional and they always left a nice clean worksite. Jules would gladly stick around for a few minutes at the end of the day to discuss every part of the project. We had a deadline and Moonraker finished the job exactly when they said they would. Very professional and courteous. We're thrilled with the end result. Highly recommended!

When it came time to find a contractor to convert our prehistoric kitchen and backyard into something we could be happy living in, we had several contractors come by to assess the situation. After weeding some of the contractors out due to costs, timing or particularly awful hygiene and booze on the breath, Jules at Moonraker Construction really stood above them all. (he's 6'3 tall!!!)
The job was done at a good pace, very professional, courteous to the neighbors, and always had a clean job site for when we got home from work. From start to finish everything was up front with no surprises and now we have a spectacular kitchen, floors and back deck. Come on over anytime for a martini Jules!

We wanted to open up the main floor of our 80 year old semidetached house and heard about Moonraker from a friend. Jules was great in helping us plan the design, but when the demolition was carried out, several potentially catastrophic structural problems and wiring issues were uncovered hidden behind the plaster and lathe. Despite some sleepless nights, Jules managed to repair our compromised joist system and prevent the house from collapsing. Although the repairs were challenging, he was able to complete the job only a few weeks of additional time (see photo of repaired joists). The quality of the workmanship, especially in the banisters and trims, was great and the job was completed quickly. All the subconractors (electrician, windows and hardwood flooring) Moonraker used were reliable and did good work as well. I would definately recommend Moonraker as a renovattor.
