Peter and his crew were very professional. They were able to come in right away and get the old ceilings down and the new ones in on schedule for the agreed price, as well as fixing up a couple of other minor areas with no problems. Would definitely hire them again for any drywalling I need done.

I would be pleased to recommend Peter and his company. Our house was particularly challenging due to it's very modern design. This means that the normal wooden trim that is throughout a traditional style home is not present to hide flaws. The drywall therefore has to be done particularly well. Not only this but my wife and I are very fussy to the point of being "anal" about the details. I had to call Peter on very short notice because the drywall contractor that I had lined up was not available for the job at the last minute. I obtained quotes from several people and Peter's price was the lowest by a significant amount. I was originally concerned about this because of the old saying about "getting what you pay for". Frankly my experience with Peter pokes a major hole in that theory because we not only got a good job done on time but at a very fair price. What else can one ask for? FYI my daughter and her husband are doing a major renovation and I have already recommended Peter to them for their drywall work. That says a lot I think. Once again I have no hesitation in recommending Peter and his company and would definitely use them again. I rate them 10 out of 10.

I interviewed 4 drywall contractors and Peter was the only one who actually took precise measurements and offered his advice on how to save some money! He and his crew were exceptional..the work was done on time, on budget and totally cleaned up. Peter is a perfectionist and the house is over 100 years old so he had a real challenge but came through with flying colours. I would heartily recommend him to everyone.

Finding peter and his drywall company was a complete happenstance. I had been trying to find a drywall contractor to finish an addition I had been building at my house, and had left a number of random calls for various contractors. Peter was one of the contractors who responded. From the outset it was apparent that Peter was different from most contractors I had previously dealt with. He always answered his phone, and if he wasn’t available he always called within a few hours. When we met on site, he was patient and took his time to clarify issues and offered sound solutions. It was not only Peter’s attitude which impressed me. The worksite was very professionally conducted and I was also impressed with the final outcome of the work, knowing full well that the job was not an easy one. There were unusual angles in the cathedral ceiling and initially I was concerned about the quality of the work. However, it was soon proved to me that I would receive very good workmanship. Even-though time was not a serious concern of mine, Peter completed the work within a very reasonable time-time.

As a homeowner with limited resources and contacts, I consider myself lucky for having find Peter and his drywall company.

TeraCon Development is a company of professionals whose diligent work is evidenced by their fine finished product. The manager, Peter, is about as honest as they come, and is just as reliable. Peter’s patience in understanding the requirements of the project is borne out by the quality of the work and his accuracy in reaching one’s goals. Workers always cleaned up after the job was done (I think this is important as homeowners hate when contractors come, do the work and leave the place for them to clean up)

The work done was on time, as promised, and for the price quoted. The workers were courteous and professional. They even did a good job of cleaning-up when they were done. The quality of work was very good, especially in that it was a repair of a plaster wall. We will be calling you again in the future.

Teracon Development did a great job repairing 100+ holes in my walls after having my home rewired. You exceeded my expectations in terms of speed and quality of workmanship and had good suggestions for how best to complete the drywall work with a budget and time line in mind. Teracon has installed drywall for my fire-place. They did it fast and accurate, thought the task was challenging. Before the start of the project we have agreed on a shape and the features of the fire-place. But as the old drywall were put down inner construction of the fire-place forced us to change the plan. Teracon Drywall accepted new plan and continued with the project without delays. Their suggestions during the project were to the point and very helpful. They do listen to the customer and understand what the client wants. I was happy to find them for my project.

In my 15 years of renovation experience, Peter is one of the best drywall contractors I have had the pleasure of working with.
