We were so happy to work with Northern Level Contractors. From first contact, response was very quick and prompt. We needed repairs on our drywall and insulation. Julio gave an honest and professional assessment on the scope of work that needs to be done. Communication is very smooth, and they gave us daily updates on the scope of work that they have done, which gave us a piece of mind. I would recommend anybody their services. 10/10!

Julio and his team are amazing. I needed to renovate the great room and have a custom design created. He took the time to go into every detail of the design and nail the final result that I wanted. Every step of the process he was responsive, had great communication and was up front about all the costs that were involved. My family was also at home during this time and he made sure the workspace was kept clean and separated from the rest of the house, so that it wouldn't affect us day to day. The work itself was grade A. Smooth finishes and crisp edges every inch of the way!

These guys are awesome! Julio and Arsalan take pride in their work and it shows. They reno like its their own home and they diligently clean up after. Not only is their work top notch (the floorers were impressed with the sub-floor they laid, and the painters commented on how much easier their job was due to the framing and drywall), they are very communicative and let you know whats going on and when. I definitely recommend them and will be looking to working with them on future renos.

5 stars for Julio and his team! We hired him to create two accent walls in our new home. As first-time home buyers, we did a lot of research before choosing someone for our renovations. We are so happy to have met Julio and are thrilled with the outcome of the project. He was extremely responsive, kind, and honesteverything you'd want in a contractor. Julio and his team were very professional , did a great job on the garage and cleaned up well when finished. They came on schedule, and called me back promptly if I left a message. I would highly recommend them for big and small construction jobs.

Was very impressed with Julio and the team at Northern level contractors. From the initial assessment the communication was great. Julio was able to give me several options on how to fix the issue with no pressure on which option to choose. They did an amazing job of sealing off the area under construction so it wouldnt affect the other areas of the home. Final product was excellent and couldnt be more satisfied with the work. Will definitely be reaching out for any future home projects.

Needed tape and one coat of compound in a renovated garage space. I did the boarding and it was far from perfection. Alex worked his magic and with a little sanding it was ready to prime. Very professional and flexible and available at very short notice - two days from phone call to job.
