Natanael and his team did an amazing job renovating the second floor of our 100-year-old home. They removed the existing interior, replaced ducts, plumbing, and electric, insulated the roof and walls and built 3 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room. They really transformed the place into something special. Natanael provided a clear work and payment plan and was fantastic in working with us to navigate design plans, deal with surprises, and inform us about different choices along the way. The team were hard-working and genuinely thoughtful. The only problem we have is that now our first floor looks like a sore thumb in comparison to our newly renovated second floor. We would recommend P&P as skilled, reliable, and respectful. We will definitely hire them again. 10/10
