We definitely have to change our review. I will definitely not recommend this company. The way they sell their product is engaging but their execution is poor.
They delayed without any valid reason or proper updates for two months our construction. Afterwards, they tried to rush everything into one week.
We had to notify the site manager that weeks went by without any trade showing up to our home to work.
We were the ones that ended up following up on the project.
Also, we had initial requests made to the project manager assigned most of which did not take place at all.
We are supposed to be paying a price for someone to actually take care of the overall project and it is not worth it. Quality-wise, it may be ok. But now i have the doubt if we might have gone through less pain if we were to hire the trades separately.
Worst part is that with all the delays and lack of follow up they expect us to sign off on the project where there are still major pending items to fix and leave to our entire satisfaction.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- deliver what they promise, inform promptly the customers about their project development (whether there are delays and why), write down all customer questions or requests, keep a proper file (they have a tool which they don't seem to use properly)
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- either take on the project yourself either you do it or hire the trades on your own or keep shopping for other options.
