A Better Way Plumbing Ltd.

Had pilots go out on both my water tanks?! Called slightly after hours when I got home from work. Managed to get one tank restarted myself but couldn't get the newer different tank started and didn't want to blow up my house. Jason started the pilot, showed me how and gave me lots of good info on tankless water heaters and new furnaces when I asked. And even though he could have charged me extra for an after-hours call, he didn't charge me a thing as he was on his way home! Def my new plumber!!

I called A Better Way after having dealt with Clearview Plumbing and the difference was night and day. Jason at ABW responded to my call in a timely manner and with great customer service. He was able to address and solve the issue with my furnace immediately and for far less money than was going to be the case with Clearview. I was told previously that I would need to replace my furnace, this was not the case. Jason was able to repair my furnace without undue expense. It is now working great!! Would hire again without hesitation!

We had some leaking on our basement and thought it was coming from our bathroom. Jason and his colleague came and found out that it was the bathtub drain. They did an excellent job to replace the sealant and we haven't had any problem ever since. Would definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

I gave this company a call to install a new kitchen faucet. They were able to fit me in within one week. They were professional to deal with on the phone, and Jason (the owner) was punctual, professional and enjoyable to talk with. It's obvious that his customers are important to him. It is sometimes difficult to have people come to look at little things but it was no problem for A Better Way Plumbing. They were on-time, efficient, courteous and friendly. Jason even showed me to how to fix some things in case it happened again. Terrific company and would highly recommend.

Brought Jason back to take a look at a leak we noticed in our kitchen ceiling. Figured it was coming from the main bathroom.

Jason came the next day after I called and took a look and did some trouble shooting. He replaced the bath drain stopper and the wax gasket for the toilet. Said it was under warranty so we didn't have to pay.

Great service, very friendly guy and above all, integrity that I've never seen before in the trades. We've found our plumber for life!

We called A Better Way Plumbing to fix a leaking pipe on our tankless water system because the company had great reviews on this website. After having Jason come and fix the leak, we completely agree with all the wonderful things people have wrote. He was friendly, on time, had reasonable rates and was a pleasure to deal with. A better way plumbing is the best. I called lots of plumbers but none matched A better way plumbing. All of their staff were friendly and were quick to answer my questions. If you need an honest and reliable plumber (which is rare to find these days) then call Jason at a better way plumbing. My next project is to get my upstairs bathroom renovated and I will be using this company again.
