We were very impressed with Old West, from start to finish. From our initial appt with Rick in our home to the very professional and respectful crew installing our new windows, they were great to work with. On time, beautiful work, careful to protect our newly refinished hardwood floors, even kind to our little kids while the job was getting done. Even when a window was accidentally ordered for an incorrect size, they were quick to make things right. Highly recommended.
