Interaction with service providers begins from the moment you make contact to the final payment and we’re delighted to say our experience with Old West Windows and Doors was excellent from beginning to end. Rick was very patient with us as we worked through our estimate to ensure we understood everything. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating and the installation crew did an excellent job, especially given that they had to cut and replace some existing millwork to install our window. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends and should the need for new windows arise in future, we will contact Old West Windows and Doors. They set the standard of what an experience like this should be.
