Lou is owner of Evergreen environment is only nice and cooperates before your sign and hand over the deposit.

Job started two months late. He dug up my entire yard then disappeared to work on other jobs. Changed landscape design to cheaper layout which increases his bottom line. Pushes ugly materials on us to take advantage of scrap leftovers from other jobs.

Essentailly he ignores what you asked for and you must argue with him daily to stay on plan. He took pleasure in stressing us.

He damaged our drainway by pushing pallets of stone on it which created major unsightly gouges in the ashphalt.

Damaged garden house by running his machine over it then repaired it with black electrical tape. Ran his machine over springlers damaging several heads.

Polymeric sand used on landscaping washed out one month after install. This year i reapplied a quality sand which has been intact fro 6 months so far.

Instead of running water downspout under interlack beside house, he left the water to pour directly on the interlack so all the sand beneath was away leaving an uneven surface. reported the issue from feb 2018 and followed up monthly. Lou standard response i will repair your place soon until September when he stopped replying. He had no intentions of hanouring the 1 year warranty which he sold.

Don't trust him as he is very dishonest, uses inferior cheap materials and does not honour the warranty he sells.

Don't be fooled by the sweet talk as he is the complete opposite in reality.

We meet Lou at Canada blooms and we loved the garden he had on display, we had him out to our home for a consultation, he gave us so many great ideas.
Next step was have Lou design the back yard and the designs were awesome.
We went forward with the project and Lou and his crew took care of everything from start to finish and the place looks real nice, we had the chance to use the back yard during the summer of 2016 and we had so many compliments on all the work.

Lou is a crook. He promissed our garden would be done July 1st. He took our deposit and July came and went. We tried to call him on his cell, left messages, sent emails. Showed up at his listed work address only to discover it was a PO box. He was M.IA.. After doing some digging we found his home # and called from a blocked #. He picked up and told us he had just arrived home after being 'up north' and so he couldn't respond to us...where in the world do you have to be to not have access to a telephone? After much postponement he finally did the work...end of August, so we lost the whole season. The work looked good at first, but it is pretty shoddy. After one winter the interlock is lifting, and we discovered the raised bed was not dug out. It is mostly gravel with a thin layer of soil. Can't even get a hold of him to come and fix anything. Don't even think about using Evergreen Environments.

We had our full landscaping done in the front, side and back yard (we are on a corner lot). The first project went well. The second one not so good
