Hired for second year, first year was disorganized: billing was inconsistent and hedges not always trimmed but they were convenient and the grass got cut weekly with no issue.

This year, despite my pre-renewal conversation about hedge trimming they have not yet been touched 6 weeks into the service. Grass is cut regurlarly and but I am annoyed that they can't seem to get the hedges trimmed. I've left 4 messages with no response which in more annoying than the hedge trimming issue. Will be switching services.... Better places out there.
