After contacting Sureflow we received an email and text message confirmation as well as a phone call from the plumber who would be handling the job. John and Charlie were prompt, figured out what the problems were, cleared the blockage and replaced a couple of pieces that were falling apart. We are very happy customers and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
