I'm very pleased with Tom's professional service. He was very polite, efficient and thorough. There was absolutely no mess. Also, I appreciated receiving some advice on a couple of issues with the fireplace and chimney cap. Thank you Tom. Enchanted is an easy company to deal with including the cheerful, helpful service I received when calling for a quote and setting up the appointment.
