we used Lucas to renovate our entire ground floor, his team was very punctual, and managed to stay on schedule during the entire process. Floors kitchen and all the millwork were replaced.

We love how PTI's efforts modernized the look and feel of our family room and kitchen. The workers were professional, polite, and most important they were clean. With 15 month old twin boys, it was important to us that the main floor was as clean as possible at the end of every work day, ready for the kids upon their return from day care. Thanks PTI :)

Two bedrooms with repairs to ceiling. Work was completed thoroughly and fast. Lucas worked to ensure we were satisfied and was flexible with timing. Highly recommended.

When I moved into my new home, the previous owners had painted the walls absolutely horrible colours. We tried to fix it ourselves but the neon orange, lime, and pepto pink still showed through the white paint we put on walls. PTI was able to get rid of the horrible streaky mess I made and the other awful colours as well. They were prompt and professional and were able to get in and out quickly. Nothing was out of place when I got back and not a single streak or drop in sight.

So disappointing and would not recommend him for any large projects or high quality projects.
I hired Lucas as our general contractor for a big renovation we were doing for our Toronto home. I quickly learned that a lot of his experience comes from flipping homes and his a painter by trade, using base quality fixtures and the big one, not dealing with home owners directly. Some of his trades were good and responsive, the others (I would say majority of them) did the bare minimum as a job. We had a plumber who miss-measured where to place fixtures, Lucas's framers (who did a half job at properly securing 2x4s and beams) His electricians were okay, not too many problems but not the best.

There were some things in which he was at fault but as he conducts himself, would never take responsibility for the mistakes. This is such a terrible business model and way to run a company where its based on referrals.
Him and his framing company miss-measured our windows. Now, we are out $900 as we have to re-order windows. He, of course, said its not his fault and probably the person who we ordered the windows from. BUT we sent HIS measurements to the window company so how would they mess up?

Anyways, we luckily have met an incredible contractor who is nothing but professional and basically saved our home and renovation from the mistakes Lucas made.

As a first time homeowner and someone who has put all their money towards their home, please do your research when hiring your contractor. I would highly recommend not going with Lucas if its a big project to over see, where you demand quality and accuracy in your build.

PTI did an amazing job painting my home. The place looks great and Lucas was responsive and informative during the planning process. I would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

I have worked with Lucas before and once again, I've had an amazing experience working with him. PTI painted the entire inside of my home - there was extensive repair required and the scope of the job was massive. Lucas and him team were patient, professional and did immaculate work. They were always on time and even worked on the a holiday weekend to get my job done. You will not be disappointed if you hire PTI.

Lucas did an amazing job painting our living room, kitchen, hallway and two bedrooms. The first thing that impressed me about Lucas was that as soon as I called him he was available to come out, see our place and give us a quote. Some other places didn't even return our calls. Once we explained what we were looking, he provided the most competitive quote. He also managed to fit us in fairly quickly and assisted with picking out paint type, giving us several options. When the job started, not only did he and his team show up right on time, but because it was raining, he pulled an outdoor crew to help with our place. As a result, they finished the entire job in one day!! That was the best part. We came home to a brand new apartment - the job was professional and they left our place clean and tidy. We would call Lucas again for any other projects.
