We had a second storey put on and also renovated our main floor foyer so we needed rather a lot of painting done. I had three companies in to quote and we chose PTI. I'm glad we did, Lucas and his team were very polite and professional, on-time everyday and actually finished the project early. We are very pleased and will have them back for future work.

Lucas and his team were prompt and professional. There painting job was impeccable. We hired Perfect Touch Interiors to do the painting for our new home with such a short timeline. We needed painting done for 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, living room and dining room. We received the keys to our new house, 18 hours before we would arrive with the movers and all our boxes. We wanted the painting done before we moved in. Lucas got his team into the house before dawn, and completed the job beautifully, and on time. Amazing.

Lucas is very attentive to details and sets the bar very high for the quality of his work. He is very knowledgeable, so he can advise on colour choices and finishes. It's a pleasure to have him in the house - he is always prompt, responsible, and cooperative. His prices are very fair, and he puts in as much time as required to ensure our satisfaction. No job is too small or too large. He has worked for our family and friends, and I would never use anyone else for painting or wall papering.

Lucas was very reliable and easy to communicate with. I had some water damage on my kitchen ceiling. He was able to arrange a time with my tenants to paint it during the busy summer season. Much appreciated!

Lucas was great. Came and quoted us very close to final cost and was able to start on short notice for another painter that we had to cancel. Lucas and his partner Ziggy were professional throughout the job -showed up on time, were polite, clean, efficient and were finished quicker than they had estimated and the rooms look amazing. In fact they look so good that we will have to soon paint the remainder of the house to match. Lucas also refinished our old kitchen cabinets that needed several coatings at the factory, but was well worth it. Lucas finished by reinstalling the cabinets with new hardware that we supplied. We will definitely be using lucas again for any future painting jobs and have already passed his name on to other friends and family. Thanks Lucas, our kid's room and kitchen look great.

Lucas and his assistant were prompt and reliable in every respect, and always with a smile.. Pricing was fair in light of the quality and service, particularly dealing with the furniture, pictures and many other items in the home, all of which were perfectly repositioned. I highly recommend Lucas.

We picked Perfect Touch interiors for a few reasons: pricing (they were not high, or low, but fair), constant communication (Lucas was easy to reach, and quick to respond), and the extra mile (Lucas offered sample pickup, paint pickup, and a contractor's discount).. Lucas is a paint-ninja: quick, effective, and disappears into the night.. He quoted our condo as 2 days 2 guys (just like all others), but he finished in a day to our delight.. It says a lot when a trade does his job, and leaves you for 2 days to digest before asking for payment; faith in the quality of work.. There were a few hiccups but Lucas was willing to remedy.. I was very concerned for our overly sensitive quasi-hardwood floors, but no probs there.. I would recommend Perfect Touch, but would suggest clients be at home for a walkthrough before Perfect Touch leaves, just to avoid minor surprises..

My new place looks amazing thanks to Lucas! I was in a rush and he put together a quote, brought over some samples and finished the job in a matter of days. The work was clean and professional with meticulous attention to detail. He also gave me great general advice on renovating, since I'd never done it before. Working with him was fantastic, I almost wish I had another apartment that needed painting!
