Chris, the technician, was prompt, courteous and thorough with explanations, service and clean up. A three seat Natuzzi sofa and two chairs were cleaned and conditioned in just over an hour. They look great and feel even better. I highly recommend this business and will be using it again soon for other furniture cleaning.
