Volker, Introduced my clients to a contractor who came to replace their roof. The roof was found to be leaking within two years of installation and when we called Volker back to get reconnected with the roofer, he refused to provide their information and acted as if he was protecting the roofer. He obviously stands behind his employees before he stands behind his reputation
