Lumina Windows & Doors

This is the third major project we've had done by Alex at Lumina in the last 15 months. First, the enclosure of our front porch with a storm door; then replacement of windows throughout the house; and now a lovely new double front door and glass sliding door off the kitchen. Lumina's products are first-rate, and the service Alex provides before, during and after installation is second to none. We strongly recommend Lumina.

Alex from Lumina Windows has installed these products for us over a period of ten years. First, it was a installation of a dual door front porch enclosure, then replacement front windows, and now a complete replacement dual front door set. We are satisfied with the work done and have nothing to say but praise over all this time. He has also installed a front enclosure and renovated and replaced a bay window and recently replaced windows and a sliding patio door for another family member. All jobs are of top quality appearance. Kudos to Lumina and its workmen!

Three years ago i had the enclosure added on to the front of my home. This new years vandals broke the glass. Its an insurance claim but i asked them to contact the original installers. Service Master used my original installer because. They are professional didn't try to rip off the insurance company and responded with all information required in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things. Professional, thoughtful, courteous and clean. How could i ask for more. Even Service master said they would use them again. That says it all.

We were looking in the Internet for a refutable company to enclose our porch and found Lumina Windows. We phoned the company after verifying with BBB and made an appointment with Alex R. He was very upfront and came to us as a very honest person. He just completed the construction and the enclosure looked great and made the entrance to our house very comfortable. Now we have extend the living space and is using it in a practical manner. Job well done, Lumina Services. We contacted a couple of companies for this small job. Alex responded quickly and was able to meet with us the next day. He described the work to us and offered excellent suggestions that were incorporated in the design. The work was complete within the timeframe we had discussed. The owner, Alex, of the company himself came out to meet with me. He is very professional and clearly takes pride in his company's work. He reassured me he would oversee the work and did. This company clearly serves the customer and aims to meet customer expectations. Alex takes good care of his customers. We recently had a porch enclosure installed by Lumina Windows and Doors, and we are extremely pleased with how it turned out. Initially we reached out to about 3 or 4 companies and only 2 of them got back to us right away. We received a quote from a company from where we live in Brampton, but we chose not to sign because the price was just too high we felt, and we just were not comfortable moving forward for a couple other reasons. Alex gave us a great price, and we really just felt at ease with everything moving forward. Once the materials arrived from the manufacturer (about 4-5 weeks) Alex called to let us know everything was ready to be installed, giving us a date and a time. The installers showed up right on time (early even) and were very friendly. They started around 10am and were done a little after 2pm. I liked that they worked at a steady pace. They took their time and nothing was rushed. They were also really tidy and cleaned up once they were done. Alex stopped by just before completion (more or less finishing touches) and we went over the work that had been done. Overall we couldn’t be happier with how our enclosure turned out. It’s beautiful! We will be sure to recommend him to our friends and family.
