Frank's Spray Foam Insulation

Frank was good to work with and very reasonably priced. He didn't have a lot of room to work, but managed to vapour barrier and spray foam which in my opinion encapsulated the crawlspace for a much needed upgrade. So far, it's made a HUGE different in the overall conditions down there. I'd use Frank for future work and recommend him without hesitation.

I wanted to re-insulate a turn of the century farm house. I tore off all of the siding and strapped on to the roof. I called Frank who did not hesitate to take on the job even though it would mean several visits as we opened up one section at a time. We were also racing agains the arrival of winter. Frank did not let me down. He even had to light the place at night a few times so that he could continue working. Crawling up and down ladders and scrambling around on the roof - he never hesitated. Frank is trustworthy reliable and an affable guy I would not hesitate to hire him again should I require further insulation work.

had frank in for a cold storage problem last year the kitchen at the other side of the house had freezing water pipes and cold floors after putting down ceramic tiles frank came over and we pulled down 16 inches around the perimeter of the house in the basement he was right there was no insulation where the joists met the outside wall he will be back 1st week of dec to spray these areas thanks to frank I will have a warm dry house I would give him a 20 he is a pleasure to deal with brian

Frank's pricing was in line with other quotes. He was able to easily accommodate my scheduling needs. I needed some small touch ups and he had no issues coming back. The final result is great.

I had a rough Winter. A water pipe froze and burst in my crawlspace in January. Since I had Franks flyer I decided to email him and request a quote for insulating my crawlspace this Spring. He came over last Saturday (May 10th) morning and briefly explained to me what he was going look at before he crawled under my house. While Frank was under the house he explained what he discovered and what needed to be done to fix it, He found gaps and spaces between the bottom of my house and the foundation where there should have been none! ( Shame on the house inspector who didn’t notice it!) Frank told me he could see the sunlight shining through the opening(s). Also, since the crawlspace had a “dirt floor” a vapor barrier to keep the dampness/moisture at bay was in order. In all, it took Frank about 15 – 20 minutes to do his inspection and write up the quote. It was clear, concise and reasonably priced!

I gave Frank the go ahead and to my surprise he was able to schedule the work for Wednesday May, 14th. It was done while I was at work. There was very little indication that Frank was there, as he put back everything that he had to move, back in its original position. No muss, no clutter, nothing left behind (for me to clean up)!

Frank did an outstanding job of removing existing soiled fibreglass insulation, thoroughly cleaning the walls, ceiling and floor with a biological cleanser, searching out possible odour transfer points into the room above and fixing them, setting up a temporary ventilation system, and then foam spraying everything comprehensively. Frank's work is top notch in every respect and he goes way beyond what you might expect in keeping everything clean and undamaged. I would recommend him to anyone!

saw frank's truck in stouffville doing another house so decided to call him instead of studding and insulating myself we made an appointment and he came over to look at it and do it he suggested I not do the ceiling over the cold space but do other areas to keep out the cold saved me 500.00 over the phone quote he explained every thing before he started and was very courteous I will use him when renovating my daughters house feel a big difference in the basement
